8 Account Suspension and Closure

jljl48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months with a zero balance

In cases where an account is closed due to a player violation, jljl48 may withhold some or all funds pending investigation.
